So my partner in crime suggested I follow her to New Oxford Street the other day for an exhibition showcase, intrigued as always I asked what the vibe was about and she said “Trust me you’ll like it“… She was RIGHT!
Parisian born Los Angeles based street artist, Mr Brainwashhad his 1st European UK solo art show, taking the city by storm MBW splashed the concrete jungle with his presence, and lucky me got to experience it first hand!! Entering The Old Sorting Office, we were welcomed by Bold Bright and Beautiful displays of Pop Art with deeply embedded historical and contemporary story lines with witty, sarcastic but daringly honest slogans.
On the way out we received a complimentary poster and postcard! I dont wanna be one to ruin the excitement but the exhibition ran from 5th August – 31st August 2012… BUT!>> For your viewing pleasure it has been extended to 7th Sept 2012!
